Initial Consultation Phase

  • Initial meeting with client see the space and assess the scope of the work
  • Understand the client's needs and expectations

Site visit & Documentation Phase

  • Take measurements
  • Photograph existing site conditions

Vision & Design Phase

  • Develop new design concept
  • Create new proposed floorplans, elevations, and reflective plans
  • Create 3D High Resolution renderings
  • Gather finishes and samples for presentation

Presentation & Procurement Phase

  • In studio presentation of new design along with actual samples
  • Revision to plan, design & finishes if needed
  • Present detailed scope for labor and itemized list of materials
  • Ordering of all materials and project scheduling

Design Implementation Phase

  • On site setup and beginning of build phase
  • Job site visits and project management to complete work consistent with the design
